The Sniper Experience is an immersive, full-day fieldcraft adventure designed to test your patience, determination, observation and resilience while placing you inside the world of the military sniper.
Throughout the day you’ll learn the skills, mindset and techniques used to remain unseen, think under pressure and operate with precision—all within a safe, professionally supervised environment.
Your instructors, Ted Shirley and Dan Darlo, featured in the bestselling book Afghanistan Sniper: Trauma on the Front Line and Beyond, will guide you through a demanding experience inspired by real-world fieldcraft and decades of operational knowledge.
Spaces are strictly limited to ensure every participant receives personal coaching throughout the day.

FROM THE MOMENT YOU ARRIVE…
Your mission begins.
You’ll be issued your equipment, receive your mission briefing and start thinking like a sniper.
Throughout the experience you’ll carry the weight of equipment a sniper would typically operate with, testing both your physical endurance and your mental resilience.
You’ll be issued with an airsoft sniper rifle platform based on British Army sniper rifle systems, providing an authentic platform for learning precision marksmanship in a safe, controlled environment.
This isn’t simply about shooting.
It’s about slowing down.

Remaining invisible.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Throughout the day you’ll develop genuine fieldcraft skills including:
• Building and adapting your own ghillie suit
• Camouflage and concealment techniques
• Blending naturally into your surroundings
• Silent movement and stalking
• Moving without being seen or leaving obvious signs of your presence
• Constructing and operating concealed observation posts
• Observation and target detection
• Reading terrain like a sniper
• Map reading and navigation
• Distance estimation techniques
• Professional marksmanship coaching using airsoft sniper rifle platforms based on British Army sniper rifle systems
• Coordinated sniper engagements, learning to fire as a team on command
• Carrying equipment throughout the day
